Dianna was raised in Hooker and moved to Guymon in 1994. She worked as the Circuit Riding City Manager for the communities of Hooker, Optima, and Hardesty before accepting a position with the City of Guymon. Dianna has written and administered many grants that have improved parks and utility systems in the area. She also wrote the grant and implemented the program that established the bus system in Guymon. Dianna has worked with great community organizations to help establish the Oaks of Mamre Homeless Shelter and the Panhandle Area Sheltered Workshop Group Home.

Phil and Dianna began their married life together in 2000. They are both active members of the First Christian Church in Guymon.

Phil has lived in Guymon since 1965. Phil joined the Army and served his country in Vietnam. He returned to Guymon and worked at Swift while finishing his college education with a degree in accounting and mathematics. Phil worked for the City of Guymon for 21 years and his expertise guided the City through the tough economic times of the 1980's and early 1990's without cutting services to the citizens or layoffs for the employees.

Phil established the current retirement program for the city employees and worked to improve it each year.

The strong desire to help other people has led Dianna and Phil to establish an insurance business in Guymon. Months of study and testing are complete and they are now ready to serve their clients. Knowing each customer personally and understanding their needs is the goal of the agency. Our objective is to provide proper types and amounts of protection and make the best use of every premium dollar.
