Epic Saturdays Downtown

Epic Saturdays, a full calendar of fun community events, is a team effort between Epic PCS and Main Street Guymon and includes a wide range of happenings from athletic and active to educational and entertaining. “It’s happening all year long on Main Street in Guymon. Epic PCS is pleased to be the sponsor of Epic Saturdays that offers something for everyone whether it’s for a visit, work or play. Because of Epic Saturdays, there is always something to do in Guymon,” said Mike Shannon, economic development director for Epic Touch and Epic PCS and vice chairman of Main Street Guymon board of directors. Events like 5K runs, scrapbooking, book clubs, a women’s ag conference, historical preservation, talent contests, entertainment and theater productions offer diversity. Workshops are available on a variety of subjects for self-help, self-improvement and on-going education. Topics include credit repair and budgeting, resumé writing, marketing and public relations for non-profits, writing, family histories, how to be smart about buying your car insurance, and more. Some of the events are free of charge; some have a small fee; some offer lunch; and some require advance registration.
